The "Milky Way" is a 15 metre traditionally built wooden gullet sailing out of the beautiful fishing village of Boğaziçi, near Tuzla Lake. The Milky Way has 3 cabins/bedrooms each having its own en-suite bathroom and shower, this allows us to cater for overnight groups of up to 6 people, and daily sailing with groups of up to 12 people. Cruising on a gullet is a fantastic way to share a holiday with friends, family or even couples and groups could charter the boat for private occupancy and functions. Captain Murat is a fully qualified Turkish Yacht Master and is in overall charge of the boat. The Milky Way is completely seaworthy and licensed by the Turkish Maritime Authorities, it is also fully insured.

Gullets are traditional wooden motor / sailing vessels from the South Western area of Turkey. They originated as ancient cargo bearing vessels along the coast. However the original version and design have now become comfortable cruising vessels.
